ILE's
(Interactive Learning Experience / Workshops)
The fundamental intention behind our group processes are:
bringing people back home to themselves, to the environment around them, and ultimately to the home we all share, this earth.
We call our group processes ILE”s which is a Yoruba word meaning home. ILE also stands for Interactive Learning Experiences.
We have and continue to develop new ILE”s within the themes of our work which are:

Our ILE”S are made for different environments and audiences. From outside to inside, small spaces to large, children to elders, we can accommodate any situation because the commonality we all share is the earth we all call home and fundamentally we get to access that experience of home within ourselves before all else.
Some of the examples of our ILE’s that we have done and can do are below, and we are creating more and more profiles of different types of ILE’s we can do as we continue to travel and discover different ways that we find ourselves sharing our paths, our passions, and our processes with others.
So check out the different ILE’s options we have. And if you’re interested in having us come and offer one, then be sure to reach out!
Ancestral Nutritional Science for the Whole Family

Savoring Ancestral Nourishment: Principles and practice for nourishing the modern family based in rooted wisdom.
We will hold space for a discussion on principles of nose-to-tail eating, benefits of eating wild species, optimal nutrition food preparation, understanding your unique dietary predisposition, budget strategies, as well as tips and tricks for nourishing children/picky eaters. Simultaneously, we will direct hands on preparation of bone-broth and organ meat “yum sauce” as we call it, which will be shared among all participants to take with them. Participants are encouraged to bring wild herbs and/or mushrooms, or other ingredients that they would like to add to the broth pot. All ingredients will be fully transparent and food allergies/intolerances will be taken into consideration but we may not be able to accommodate everyones’ needs. Max 15 people.
