Our Business Model
- We will buy land (preferably owner financed)
- We will build an economic engine on the land
- An economic engine is a business that can function in a automated way that we can walk away from and it still operates
- The economic engine becomes a part of the real estate and increases the lands value
- The economic engine also makes money that can be reinvested into the land and other economic engines, that in turn further increases the land’s value.

Primitive campsites & workshops
Phase 2
Glamping sites, tiny house airbnb, & wow factor (site specific – sauna, pool, springs, river tubing, etc), preparation for future phases: planting and building indoor and outdoor community centers
Phase 3
Events, retreats, selling products and services – farm direct and value added, upick experiences
