Walking down the Leicester farmers market strip, we catch the eye and smile of a Danielle Gossett selling products from her local small-family farm: Gossett Farms. We see her pssture raised sign and fair piece and Lev gets to talking to her about our big dreams and all the many things we’re working on – particularly how we want to help farmers clear all those bones that be piling in their freezers and Danielle starts to join in on our excitement.
