And while our passions are wide and far reaching, ultimately it boils down to just the three ideas of wellness, nature, and sovereignty.
So Journey Home Vitals is our project to celebrate and support those values for ourselves and very intentionally, systematically even…all.
Ife ShepsuMa’at – Mother, Wife, & Co-Creator of a symbiotically abundant world for all. Ife has been on the path of seeking solutions to the global problems that we all face for over 20 years Her academic achievements are a masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology with emphases in Women’s Spirituality and Creative Innovation from Sofia University and a magnum cum laude bachelors in media and communication with emphases in film and sustainability from Maharishi International University. And through these studies and many self-directed others she has discovered a life path of amplifying sovereign wellness that she celebrates in sharing through the various mediums of this Journey Home Vitals project.
