Greetings!

We are the ShepsuMa’at family: Mama Ife, Baba Lev, Big Brother Pèlé, and Little Brother Aiyé.

And while our passions are wide and far reaching, ultimately it boils down to just the three ideas of wellness, nature, and sovereignty.

So Journey Home Vitals is our project to celebrate and support those values for ourselves and very intentionally, systematically even…all.

Ife Ngozi Abdullah ShepsuMa’at – Mother, Wife, & Co-Creator. Ife has been on the path of seeking ways to support wellness from within out since she realized how deeply our stories affect our experience of reality when she learned about the placebo effect in her first college program over 20 years ago. Her academic achievements have been a masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology with emphases in Women’s Spirituality and Creative Innovation from Sofia University and a magnum cum laude bachelors in media and communication with emphases in film and sustainability from Maharishi International University. And through these studies and many self-directed others she has discovered a life path of amplifying wellness that she celebrates in sharing through the various mediums of this Journey Home Vitals project.

Lev Dovid Nehebka ShepsuMa’at – family man, vitality artist, nourishment curator,
Pèlé and Aiyé – Raising youth with the core values of wellness, nature, and sovereignty shows up in many ways. It’s not easy, we fail a lot of the time, but we have peace in the belief that every success heals generations of trauma. And from what we can tell, and others have commented, our children are thriving. They are maintaining the spark that we are all born with. There’s many angles that we can approach in sharing this style of parenting and living, so many that we’d rather share elements over time. So stay tuned to our blog to continue to discover our journey as we continue to discover it 😅

Stay in the know!
